Pre-Order Items
For products available on a pre-order basis, the estimated shipping time will be displayed on the product page. Please note that delays in production or shipping may occur. We will notify you of any significant delays and provide updates as needed.
Backorder Policy
If you place an order for an item that is on backorder, you will receive an estimated restock date at the time of purchase. Orders containing backordered items will be held until the entire order is ready to ship unless you request partial shipment by contacting our support team.
